ProcedureGrind about 2 grams of nanocrystalline titanium dioxide (TiO2) in a mortar and pestle with a few drops of very dilute acetic acid. Alternate grinding and addition of a few drops of very dilute acetic acid (0.035 M) until you obtain a slightly soupy colloidal suspension with a smooth consistency. Add a few drops of Triton X-100 surfactant or clear dishwashing detergent and mix some more. Identify the conducting side of a tin oxide-coated piece of glass by using a multimeter to measure resistance. The conducting side will have a resistance of 20-30 ohms. With the conducting side up, tape the glass on three sides using one thickness of Scotch brand Magic™ tape. Wipe off any fingerprints or oils using a tissue wet with ethanol. Add some of the titanium dioxide paste and spread using a glass rod. The tape serves as a 40-50 micrometer spacer to control the thickness of the paste layer. Carefully remove the tape without scratching the TiO2coating.

Heat the glass on a hotplate in a hood for 10-20 minutes. The surface turns brown as the organic solvent and surfactant dries and burns off to produce a white or green titanium dioxide coating. (NOTE: If the coating is too thick, it will crack and peel from the glass surface. If that occurs, allow the glass to cool, clean it, and recoat with a thinner TiO2laver.) Allow the glass to cool. Immerse the coating in a source of anthocyanins, such as raspberry juice. The raspberry juice may be obtained most easily from frozen raspberries. (Blackberries, pomegranate seeds, and Bing cherries can also be used.) The white TiO2will change color as the dye is absorbed and complexed to the Ti(IV).Rinse gently with water and then with ethanol. (The ethanol serves to remove water from the porous TiO2.) Pass a second piece of tin oxide glass, conducting side down, through a candle flame to coat the conducting side with carbon (soot). For best results, pass the glass piece quickly and repeatedly through the middle part of the flame. Wipe off the carbon along the perimeter of three sides of the carbon-coated glass plate using a cotton swab. Assemble the two glass plates with coated sides together, but offset so that uncoated glass extends beyond the sandwich. Do not rub or slide the plates. Clamp the plates together.

Add a few drops of a triiodide solution to the edge of the plate. Capillary action will cause the KI3solution to travel between the two plates. Connect a multimeter using an alligator clip to each plate (thenegative electrode is the TiO2coated glass and the positive electrode is the carbon coated glass). Measure the current and voltage produced by the solar cell under normal room illumination. New Information on ZPE

I haven't updated for a while because some of the results of my experiments gave some very peculiar results. However, I think I now have some answers that might shed light on all ZPE research...

Every ZPE free energy or cheap energy device operates under the same mechanics... even if they use totally different methods to accomplish the goal. The very first instance of such a device was something called a "negative resistor". However, information on that is a little hard to come by on the internet these days. The work of Drs. Ponds & Fleischmann had the same mechanics as did my research. It works on the same principles as the Motionless Electromagnetic Generator created by Tom Bearden. All free energy devices work on the same principle.

How does a magnet work? It is a bipolar ZPE conductor. More than bipolar, it is a duality field conductor. The magnetic fields you are used to are actually a composite of two different fields. You can call them the "North Field" and the "South Field" if you wish to be elementary about it. These fields are perfectly synchronized... 

When ZPE hits matter that is not "magnetized", it creates a singular field after the charge of the particles of that matter. But only "magnetized" materials create these two harmonious fields. Now, placing the "North Field" and the "South Field" together is not enough to create this magnetic effect. The particles of the matter must generate both themselves... and when they do, they create a ZPE circuit... a flow of energy. They actually bring the still zero point energy into a flow of energy that can be directly used and accessed.

You see, there's this sea of ZPE energy with unlimited power. However, it appears designed to operate in dynamics that are merely needed to create the effects of every force and phenomenon in the universe. Other than that, it is too subtle to interact with most matter outside of these dynamics. However, something about magnets causes a resonance and induction that brings some of this infinite pool of energy into expression.

Now, whenever current runs through a conductive line, it creates a magnetic field. However, because the magnetic field is duality bipolar and the current flow isn't, the magnetic field reinforces the energy flow and then cancels it out with exactly the same amount of power. The energy is there waiting to be reinforced the entire time... but because electricity is not a bipolar phenomenon, the EM field actually destroys the natural tendancy of ZPE to reinforce the energy.



As you can see in the picture above, when current flows in a conventional conductive line, it creates a magnetic field around that line. That magnetic field partially reinforces the current, partially destroys it. Thus, you are left with the same input energy minus the resistance of the material.

However, when you create a cancellation field, it counteracts the EM field and allows the current to be FULLY reinforced by ZPE. ZPE will reinforce the current up to the amount of load being put on the line. Thus, we have to have a breaker on the outgoing line that is rated for the wiring and breaks the cancellation field, not the current line itself. It must also detect a break in the circuit and cut the cancellation field then as well. This is because any break in a ZPE reinforced circuit will act like an increased load with enough added ZPE reinforcement to bridge the open gap in the circuit... arc from hell. That's why the reinforcement field must be cut if the circuit is cut or if the power output exceeds that of the line rating.

Having published this material on the internet, all of this intellectual property hereby becomes public domain. Because everything necessary to build such a circuit already exists... em coils, current circuits, and breakers that break secondary lines instead of the primary... there is no way for this technology to be squashed through patents, copyright infringement, or other kinds of coverups. The Dangers of ZPE

Introduction:

We are facing the biggest war in the history of humankind. This isn't a war against a particular ethnic group. This isn't a war against a particular religious group. This isn't a war against a particular socio-economic group. This is a war against ourselves. We are addicted to fossil fuels. We crave gasoline. We can't control our cravings. And while the Oil Companies grow richer, our chances of surviving are greatly diminished. Fossil fuels not only cause pollution, but they also destroy the parts of our atmosphere that protect us from harmful solarradiation.

However, an even greater threat has come upon us. And is appears to us in the guise of our salvation. An alternative to the polluting fossil fuels is emerging; however, the potential danger of this technology is more catastrophic than all of the nuclear weapons on Earth. This technology, while it could forever solve our energy needs for negligable cost, could destroy not just all life on Earth, but the planet Earth itself. And since mankind is young and greedy enough to shrug off the warnings of people like me, this technology will result in the destruction of Earth. The only way to stop it is to either not use the technology or heed my warnings and instructions on how to use it safe.

The potential benefits of safely harnessing ZPE are nearly infinite. However, the dangers of abusing this power is paramount. This will not become apparent until you have an understanding on how and why ZPE phenomena works.

What is ZPE?


Zero Point Energy, often referred to as "aether" or "the energy of space", is an energy field that spans the entire Universe. Contrary to our current limitations in measurement, this universal field: exists everywhere in the universe, radiates in every direction with equal pressure, and has no vibration. Radiation implies vibration, but this is not necessarily so. Like the depths of the ocean, an object at the bottom receives the pressure from all of the water above it. This "fluid pressure" is equal in all directions, and is why we haven't noticed it's effect before the advent of Quantum Mechanics.

What does ZPE do?

Before I can describe to you how this ZPE exerts pressure on matter, and why it can exert pressure through matter, I must lay down the foundation for what matter is. The universal ZPE field is like the surface of an absolutely still pond. It has no movement. It is all one surface. However, when something moves through the surface of the water, it disrupts the surface, creating waves. The high parts of the wave is still made of water, just like the low parts. Similarly, matter is made up of ZPE, just a more complex form. ZPE is energy with absolutely no vibration. Then energy with some vibration is called photons. Energy with even more vibration is called quarks. Energy with even more vibration is called protons, neutrons, and electrons. And energy with even more vibration is known as atoms, molecules, and solid matter.

However, with a localized quantity of energy operating at a high vibration level such as matter, it must have some kind of energy input or pressure that keeps it from flying apart. Scientists have tried to explain this through the ideas of "gravity", "covalent" and "ionic" bonds, "strong" and "weak" nuclear forces, and "electron shell states". However, all of these are just the result of the total "fluid pressure" of the universal ZPE field. The sum total energy input of the universal ZPE field is exactly what is needed to hold photons together, electrons together, atoms together, molecules together, matter together, planets together, and solar systems together. This field creates gravity, centripetal and centrifugal forces, inertia, fission, fusion, and all of the nice little molecular bonds that make chemistry so much fun. The entire universe is made up of energy. Zero Point Energy, to be exact.

How does ZPE create all of this?

First of all, "solid matter" isn't so solid. The space between the "electron cloud" and the nucleus has been compared to the distance between Pluto and the Sun, but on a much smaller scale. Therefore, "solid matter" is mostly space. And that which is "solid matter" is just complex vibrations of ZPE held together by the universal ZPE field. And as such, most ZPE that encounters matter will pass right through it without ever interacting with a single particle. However, the very insignificant amount of ZPE that does contact it is more than enough to hold the atoms and molecues together, hold people to the ground, hold planets together, and create Kepler's laws of interplanetary motion.

I want you to imagine that you're at the bottom of the ocean. Unimaginable pressure is coming at you from all directions, except from below you. Now imagine that the entire Universe is filled with this ocean, and that the pressure is pushing you against the Earth. There is tremendous pressure all around you, however, there is less pressure coming through the Earth and up to the bottom of your feet than there is coming down on you directly. This creates a negative net force that pushes you down.

Zero Point Energy is just like that. Very few percent of ZPE radiation hits a given particle. However, the Earth is a gigantic collection of particles, and a lot more ZPE radiates from above than makes it through the unbelievable maze of ZPE absorbing particles below. There's that pressure differential. And thus, you have gravity.

So, how are we getting Free Energy?

Well, it's the Zero Point Energy field that holds matter together, right? Of course it is! And many experiments involving ZPE include some kind of manipulation of the surrounding ZPE field right? Particle turbulence? Plasma turbulence? High order particle oscillations? Yes... These are ZPE "wakes", like the wake left behind a boat going fast... However, it is ZPE that holds matter together at every level... If a particle does not have 100% of the ZPE radiation that it is supposed to, then it does not maintain 100% integrity. In other words, it disintegrates...

Particle oscillations was what Pons and Fleishmann worked on with their Electrolysis devices. The crystallin structure of the paladium cathode was a great place for this particle oscillation to take place. And once these particles started oscillating, they started disintigrating into energy... by creating ZPE "wakes" and running into this fluctuating ZPE space... thus losing some of their structural integrity... and thus disintegrating into energy...

The higher order the oscillations, the larger the particles or groups of particles, the faster the velocity, and the less ambient ZPE around, the higher percentage of the particles are going to disintegrate into pure energy. That is how we get "Free Energy".

Then what's the problem?

Zero Point Energy controls all of our laws of physics. Gravity, EM and nuclear forces, and even time. At any scale reaction, you cannot manipulate ZPE and get free energy without getting a distortion in gravity. The larger the ZPE distortion, the larger the gravity distortion.

James Redfield wrote a wonderful book that tells of the devastating nature of a machine designed to create large scale ZPE manipulations. In the book "The Tenth Insight", the machine was designed to create energy "from space" (read vacuum) and be enough to power an entire region of the country with one powerplant. However, the gravatic and temporal distortions increased as they tried to increase the power generation. No matter what they tried, they could not separate the energy generation from the gravatic and temporal distortion.

And that is exactly the dangers that the upcoming "Free Energy" devices run. Too large of a device and the device will generate enough of a gravatic distortion to affect the delicate gravatic balance between the Earth and Moon, and pull it right into us. Or it could pull oceans over cities. It could collapse continents. It could even pull us out of our orbit into a collision course with another planet.

The problem is, no one knows exactly how much is too much. But as long as there are companies that try to monopolize on this technology and force ZPE to be used in the current "central energy distribution" method, the Earth, mankind, and our solar system will always be at risk.

However, ZPE is perfectly safe if you try to power no more than one single building with it. With small personal or building generators, we can have all of the free energy with almost no negative side effects at all. We just can't get greedy. And the greed of the few can ruin life for the rest of us.

Dr. Garrett Shares Research

Monday, May 8th, 2000, Dr. Jay Garrett created his first successful commercially viable free energy reactor. This is a tremendous success for us. Due to the dependancies on several existing patents, we have elected to share the basic theory of our new reactor technology, while withholding some specifics. It is our belief that the only way to ensure that Zero Point Energy Devices will be used in a safe and non-destructive manner is to provide as much information about the technology free on the internet. If a few companies or government agencies try to monopolize the technology, then their developments of the technology will lead them to try to create very large central reactors to supply a vast area for power requirements. THIS USE OF ZPE TECHNOLOGY CAN AND WILL DESTROY THE EARTH. In an effort to encourage the creation of a distributed, small reactor based system, we are giving away our research.



The most basic component of this reactor is the electrolytic cell assembly. This custom design divides the top assembly into two interlocking parts, suspending the cathodic and anodic electrolytic plates. These plates are designed to have the same optimal distance for the electrolytic process, but with a vastly greater surface area.



The two houses interlock together to form the main component of the electrolytic cell reactor. This is where the process of zpe matter disintegration occurs. Keep in mind: this is not fusion. Our prototypes use pourous nickel cathodes and Potassium Carbonate as a salting agent. As the electrolytic process begins, the H+ gets pulled towards the Nickel cathode. The H+ particles flood the pourous matrix of the Nickel cathode. As the energy level from the elecrtolysis increases, the energy level of the H+ atoms do too. Some of them get caught into the pourous matrix of the Nickel cathode. As they continue to oscillate, they create "wakes" in the universal ZPE field. It is the ZPE field which is repsonsible for all of our laws of physics. It also keeps matter together. Without it, matter disintegrates into lower forms of energy. As the atoms run into their own ZPE wakes, they start to decompose. As the order of magnitude of the frequency of their oscillations increase, they displace more ZPE and disintegrate more. Eventually, the atom completely disintegrates into energy.



As a result, some of the pores may inadverntantly trap both a Hydrogen and a Potassium atom, due to the size differential of the pores. So, you might see some traces of Ca after the reaction. This is a byproduct of the matter disintegration.



Next thing we have is the cooling coils. This order is important as we want to insulate the outer parts from direct extreme temperatures.



The secret to this reactor is the use of very strong electromagnets. What is a magnet? It is simply a bipolar ZPE conductor. That's it. When the magnets "attract", they are conducting the ZPE between the magnets through them and out the other ends. This creates a ZPE pressure differential, which causes the attraction. The opposite poles transmit both polarities of ZPE. However, putting two same poles will cause the magnets to transmit the ZPE from outside the two to directly between them, causing the repulsion. We just apply this to our reaction. By creating a very strong attraction force between two magnets, we dampen, or lessen the localized ZPE field. This makes it easier for the reactor to achieve the ZPE "wakes" that it needs. The increased surface area of the cathodes and anodes provide additional assisstance.



The two electromagnets are industrial strength, capable of lifting a car. The original metal was bored out in order to allow the two electromagnets to directly meet while leaving room for the entire reaction assembly. The water coils insulates the electromagnets from unwanted temperature influences. The reaction and be shut down instantly by reversing the polarity from attract to repulse. However, they need to be physically locked down to three times the physical force to ensure that they do not cause damage or injury.



The outer housing secures the two high-powered electromagnets and shields the reactor unit from additional ZPE influences due to its large mass. The best materials are going to be non-conductive, dense, heat resistive ones.



The final view of the outside reactor. Connect this to a turbine system, and prepare to generate massive amounts of electricity. Be careful! Start out with small electromagnetic power settings at first. Remember, ZPE manipulations affect matter, gravity, space, and time. Use with caution. At the most, a single reactor should only power a single building. Using a reactor to power a large complex or city is bordering on dangerous. Any more than a small city would certainly cause permanent space/time damage. The last thing we want is a singularity or spacetime rift right on the Earth's surface.
